IARENOBODYWe can see the tactics evolving in front of our eyes. The teams are finding solutions to it right in-front of us, and are also proving its not over powered. HRG found how to beat it and take rounds. Before it was a stalemate because it was Quickfix vs Quickfix. Imo I didn't find it boring. Last year the same thing happened but with the regular medi guns.

And if I was casting the big stalemate gaming I'd probably make some mention of how the QF is so knew so the players don't know how to handle it and turtle up, instead of instantly telling 3k people it should be banned.

SAJewersr4ptureIf QF brings more shit like Plats Conch play I more then welcome it.While I'm all for more crazy plays like that, if it causes games to quickly devolve into Mexican Border Standoffs, then something should probably be done.
Instantly calling for a ban on a weapon because of one bad game is a really good way of sniffing out any innovative crazy plays.

milehighmilitiahavent you heard, slin has deduced that the problem is the quickfix in front of 3000 players who presumably accept everything he is saying about it. So ban quickfix.
Fucking seriously, hearing Slin and Blank go on about how we need to ban QF is infuriating because its going to build a massive, shitty hivemind. Already did. Its not a casters place to say in front of a huge (for tf2) audience what should and should not be banned.
flatlinewait for the meta to be fleshed out, quick fix isn't perfect there's always a counter (kritz) or something else that could possibly work (spy/sniper)
LKincheloeBanning either or will take care of 6s TF2, by killing it needlessly.
Nobody has a proper solution to countering QF as of yet, so it's a natural reaction to turtle up and slow the pace down.

I love it. We saw a second game covered in ubers and kritz and it was still slow. Two incredible teams, one known for a slow playstyle, go against each other on a stalematey map with a new medigun neither are completely practiced with and people are somehow surprised we see stalemates.
If QF brings more shit like Plats Conch play I more then welcome it.
Anyway, continue to feed me your downfrags while calling for a ban, they are deliciousssss

r4ptureThese are new items on the biggest best players, these are growing pains and we're seeing new things come from it.
Try thinking of longer term then this game. These kind of situations are making good players expand their arsenal. Don't tell me that Conc play wasn't sick as fuck.
Also, its a single half of a single game, the other games have all been pretty good.
