im guessing if i want to move it up higher id change the ypos from c25 to c27 or something? or c20 for lower beneath the charge meter
Yes sir, that should be correct. If you want to test, then just make an adjustment, save the file, then do a hud_reloadscheme til you get it how you see fit.
Yeah, sometimes with incredibly long player/weapon names you'll see a bit of an overlap. If you want it to hide behind health/ammo, all you have to do is go into hudlayout.res, and search for the section called "CMainTargetID". From there, change the zpos of it, "CSpectatorTargetID", and "CSecondaryTargetID" to "-1". What this will do is hide that info behind your ammo/health. The reason I had it overlap is due to people complaining about their medic's health being covered up by their own.
It's kind of my own fault, I wasn't expecting Valve to release mediguns with such long names. :( I might just end up moving down the main TargetID location in a newer version.

After a few weeks of rather frustrating and unsuccessful scout play, I've decided that I need a bit of help. I'm looking for assistance in all aspects of scout play, including positioning, when to get aggressive/play passive, movement/dm, and general game sense. I'd be willing to let you watch scrims, go over POV demos, whatever you think is best.
I'm currently playing on Sunday Funday in IM, and would prefer the help of a high im/invite scout if possible.
I try my hardest to do what I'm told, and am open to all forms of criticism.

Recently my team's backups have gotten rather busy. That, combined with our pocket's broken computer, have caused our roster to stretch quite thin at times over the past few weeks.
Two forfeit losses later, we decided that it was time to start looking around for a few more guys who would be willing to back up for us in the instance that one of us are out.
+ We usually scrim Sunday-Thursday from around 9:30 to 12:30est.
+ We'd prefer that you have at least a bit of experience in the departments of the soldier class, and occasionally demoman, as those are the classes that are usually gone. Being good at scout and medic is a plus, though!
+ You don't necessarily have to be around during the weekend, but we play occasional pugs and scrims if everyone's around.
+ We play in ESEA-IM, so be willing and ready to pay fees if you haven't already.

Version 3.03 is out.
It contains the following changes:
-Updated font to be consistent throughout most menus.
-Got rid of the "ghost" 0 behind medics' ubercharge percentages.
-+Note: This doesn't apply to the vaccinator. Until there is a better fix, the ghost ubercharge % will still remain.
-Fixed cross behind larger enemies' health being cut off to the top and left when running low.
-Added in sapper meter for MvM.
-Removed background in MvM wave status.
-Added in Konr wings crosshair. (clockwork/yz50 crosshair)
-Re-added in option to enable the old, centered class/team select menus.
-Added in option to enable a spy disguise image.
-Fixed conditional images (spy, bleed, marked for death, etc.) not appearing on huds with the health cross turned off.
-Moved up the item panel on freezecams and spectate mode.

About the Medic UI:
This update should eliminate the ugly "ghost" 0 that was previously appearing in version 3.02. However, this will cause the vaccinator to lose it's own dropshadow, as well as cause the "ghost" ubercharge percentage behind the number of vaccinator charges. This isn't a perfect fix yet, as I still don't have a workaround, but for the time being it's slightly more appealing to the eye than the medic UI in version 3.02.

In order to enable this feature, you need to navigate to your HudAnimations_tf.txt in your "tf/scripts" folder and open it up. Once it's open, hit "Ctrl+F" and search for the following sections: HudSpyDisguiseFadeIn and HudSpyDisguiseFadeOut. From there, I listed instructions on what lines to uncomment.
To uncomment a line, simply remove the two slashes at the beginning of the line.

About the old team/class menus:
To enable them, simply navigate to your "tf/resource/ui" folder, and find "Teammenu-center.res" and "ClassSelection-center.res", renaming them to "Teammenu.res" and "ClassSelection.res", overwriting the ones in place.

You can find it at the bottom of the crosshairs section in hudlayout.res. It's not included in the installer I don't believe, but it will be when the new installer is finished.

As Munch already said, there's a button on the main menu that lets you toggle between the two. Alternatively, you can bind a key to toggle minmode, so you can do it on the fly.

That'll all be located in HudPlayerHealth.res. However, there are probably certain fonts that you'd either need to install from gmang or replace with my own without it looking terribly broken. You'll have to import it in and mess around with it.

About the Vaccinator UI:
I'm aware that there's a faint shadow behind the current number of vaccinator charges/ubercharge percentage. I'm currently looking for a workaround, but until Valve releases an update fixing this, I'm afraid there's not much I can do. I know it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing as it previously did; I plan on sending out an email to Valve to inquire about it. Sorry for the inconvenience. :<

Bio, hopefully this update fixes your issue. I was getting weird misplacing of the meter myself before I fixed it, so hopefully this resolves all issues. Also, thanks for showing me that the scoreboard itself was misaligned. That should also be fixed in this update.
Pickles, in post #191, I linked a download to get the old class select menus back, if that's what you'd prefer. However, I may look into getting an option for the old class select added into the installer. Thanks for the feedback! :>

I was a bit saddened about the new update though, I really liked having the team selection in the middle and class selection on the right. Right now it feels a bit too dark or blocky. Is there any way you can show me how to change those back?

NOTE: Until I can find a reasonable fix, I've moved the number of ubers you have with the new medigun to a location closer to the gun so it doesn't get covered up by the shadow of the percentage. Upon finding a fix for this, I'll move the number of charges available into it's right position on the right side of the screen.
Working on updating my hud. Should have an update ready to go tonight, assuming I can get my hands on all of the new weapons long enough to edit the meters for them.
