Where would be another good place to buy one. I keep seeing unused ones on ebay but I'm not sure if they're counterfeits.

defianceI've returned things from them. One time I even forgot the manual and they still gave me a refund. I don't recommend doing that, but I'm sure if you just re-tape it they won't mind.

Yea, I looked over everything relating to returns on Newegg but this part "Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product" threw me off. Do the things I was talking about missing in the OP count as original packaging?
I still never really got a straight answer but I'm going to assume it's possible to return it as I stated right?
eCall customer support if you really aren't smart enough to realize you can return products even though they email you in your order confirmation stating that you can return products as long as they aren't things with CD-keys
I got it as a gift and was going to ask the person if they could give me the info later. I wasn't the one who got the email so I didn't know :(
I couldn't really find an answer to this elsewhere so maybe someone here will know.
I got the Razer Deathadder 3.5G off Newegg a couple days ago. After using it for awhile I realized it's really uncomfortable for me and now I really want to return it. Never returned anything to Newegg before so here's the question. When I opened the box it came in I cut through the circle tape thing closing the box and no longer have the "protective tape" thingies that come on the mouse that you peel off before using. Will I still be able to return this?
