#2 Suggestion for on-ear headsets? in Hardware
Hnghello tf.tv, I'm currently looking to purchase a pair of on-ear gaming headphones as my in-ear earbuds broke. going to try on-ear rather than in-ear this time to determine whether or not I like them better.

the most important thing I'm looking for in a pair of on-ear headphones is first, obviously the quality of the sound, and probably just as important to myself being comfort. looking for something that won't be uncomfortable after long usage. another thing I'd like is solid quality / build, nothing that would break easily. mic or no mic on the headset is not an issue for me.

does anyone have any suggestions? my budget preferrably is less than $100.

likely going to go for those pair of headphones unless anybody else has better suggestions.

to be honest those kingston are over-ear, so i guess you're looking for an over-ear headset, well those kingston are pretty decent for their price, i suggest you to go for them, otherwise, just buy heaphones+mic the comfort maybe affected, but the overall quality gonna be better

Umm... yes, Hammer is used to make all maps for Source Engine, if you want to make something yourself, look up some basic Hammer tutorial, because this program is really hard to understand without one (trust me, I tried), then you can do your own map, and maybe it will land here :>

I don't think i'll ever have so much patience, i just want to try those things i suggested, just to see if it could better the map...i'll need a tutorian then, but for the moment i'm stuck, coz seems like BSPSource 1.3.17 can't decompile latest maps, and i don't know how to get a vmf from the bsp file using GCFScape

You can't get .vmf file from .bsp file, I got b10 decompiled on my pc, I can send you it on PM if you want

actually you can but it doesn't come out 100% perfect ("Note: Decompiling maps may not always result in 100% accurate builds. Some differences (keyvalues, materials, etc.) may not be an exact match as the original map."). I'll need the last version thank you anyway.

I want to suggest some changes, of course these are just suggestions given by my point of view, according to what I think it's best.
I'll start with the first things i notice coming out of the respawn:

i don't understand those pillars, it was better before, also why don't remove that fence and that step and put something like a barrier with glass

This is pretty simple, moving both ammopack and medkit a little on the right and a little towards the character, and i also suggest to invert their position, putting the health nearer the entrance and the ammopack farther (this will prolly help demo's rollout)

this is both aesthetic and it also makes a lot of things easier/faster, and makes that corridor look bigger

this modification is doable whether or not you remove the stone arch, flatter/normalize the floor and put a wall/fence/barrier, whatever, that divides the corridor from the rest of the zone

This is purely aesthetic, Why is this shutter so big? maybe to help demo's rollout? i'm not sure it helps a lot, but if it does well it's fine then

actually if you take look at the benchmarks the 980 is faster than the titan, the 970 should be too, or close to it, so go for the 970 no doubt, otherwise if you can't afford it, the 960 should be coming out soon

On this i customized the server time limit (it was moved and impossible to see), removed the shadows on pretty much every number (personal taste) replaced the control point icons with the omp's dinohud/omphud ones, edited build/destroy engi panels, to look as omp's huds panels, moved the metal account number (instead of above the current metal, on its right), changed the damage color (to light blue to yellow, but still working on it), and it's pretty much everything for now.
