just add a basic rep feature, for example you can type !rep to bring up a votemenu with options like afk, griefing, excessive offclassing, idk, requiring 4 votes to kick people (otherwise you could queue with someone else and do whatever you want and never get kicked). the other team should get their elo/points but your team should lose less elo/points because it's really hard to win 5v6, same if someone abandons the match

second off your point doesn't even make sense, tf2 has low viewership because valve has killed this game into the ground and people quit for a more lucrative opportunity
