#1 Keyboards for Review in Off Topic

Hi All-

I'm giving away 10 mem-chanical keyboards- Cooler Master sends you a brand new keyboard, and we pay for shipping (must be US or Canada).

Here is a little about the keyboard: https://twitter.com/CoolerMasterUSA/status/924002630589747200

NOTE: This is NOT a mechanical keyboard, it is a CM created hybrid switch.

What we need is for you to make a review on Best Buy for us (an honest review): https://www.bestbuy.com/site/coolermaster-masterset-usb-gaming-keyboard-and-mouse-black/6094201.p?skuId=6094201

Sign up here: https://goo.gl/forms/1iyMwd2gqeG9ffTC2

First come first serve. I'll email you by EOB today for your address if you get one, and they'll ship out next week. I hope to do more things like this in the future with tftv, so please only sign up if you're serious about leaving a review.

UPDATE: They've all been claimed, e-mails going out now. Thanks guys!

#1 Cooler Master Survey in Hardware

As some of you are aware, I've begun working with Cooler Master recently, who are interested in gaming communities. One of my aims is to give a better representation of what a committed esports enthusiast/competitive gamer looks like- what our interests and tastes are with regard to peripherals. I'm posting this survey in the hopes that we can get some hard data on this- you are the only gaming community getting this particular survey. If you take the time to fill this out I want to say THANK YOU, and hopefully c u @ very soon.

#62 Happy 10th Birthday TF2! in TF2 General Discussion

The power Valve give us with their game is still so amazing to me. The more restrictive games I see released, the more grateful I am for the incredible autonomy that we enjoy in 6s. We are able to run our own tournaments however wherever and whenever we want. We can modify the game not only at the server level, but at the user level via custom huds and configs. Valve gave us the tools we needed to build the game out how we wanted to play it, and due to this and many contributions from talented community members we have logs, whitelists, game coordinators, mge, item donations, and a myriad of other neat things that most games simply don't have. Our game isn't perfect, but we have been given the freedom to call it our own, and to share it with each other and the world.

Thank you Valve for the greatest game ever, and thank you to everyone who came before us and who will come after us that are working to improve the game little bits at a time. From mapmakers to hud designers, we all benefit from the work of one another, and the Team Fortress 2 team who allows us this legacy.

Edit: Relevent

"So TF2's core gameplay seems to be fairly resilient in the face of all the horrible things we've done to it, and I think that's largely due to how we've approached our role in the process. We've always felt that our job was to support players in whatever they're trying to do. As a result, it's the players who've decided how TF2 should be played throughout the last decade."

#14 KRIT Esports - TF2 Announcement in TF2 General Discussion

tf2 has real value from a marketing perspective- there isn't much competition, there's no high investment required, and no one expects salaries. we have a reasonably sized dedicated audience for such a small game, and get better viewership numbers than a lot of newer titles (i know that sounds insane but where is lawbreakers on twitch right now). in the end you're talking about a stable audience for little effort- plus it's the best game so
