Sign up here (http://asiafortress.com/index.php/index.html), the current season is ending in a few weeks and asiafortress cup 12 will begin presumably a month or two after it ends.
The asian scene is not very big and pretty much everybody knows everyone, your best bet would be to try and play pugs to get noticed (https://steamcommunity.com/groups/shanapugs) or post in the asiafortress discord (https://discordapp.com/invite/bTF8ME6)
Asiafortress has servers in singapore/hongkong/taiwan and if you are from mumbai you will prolly have ping of around 50 to sg dependant on your routing. You will have significantly higher ping to hk and tw.
