The asian scene is not very big and pretty much everybody knows everyone, your best bet would be to try and play pugs to get noticed (https://steamcommunity.com/groups/shanapugs) or post in the asiafortress discord (https://discordapp.com/invite/bTF8ME6)

Asiafortress has servers in singapore/hongkong/taiwan and if you are from mumbai you will prolly have ping of around 50 to sg dependant on your routing. You will have significantly higher ping to hk and tw.

Pretty much what shinka said but if you're going to India and looking to pug govtpugs might interest you. They're India based pugs with servers based in mumbai. They're not very high level tho except for the occasional div1s who pop in for odd reasons.

Thanks for the quick answers, I've got another couple questions regarding asiafortress. Which div is comparable to mid open esea and will I have to pay any fees to play? Also is ugc an option?

No fees need to be paid, mid open is probably high Div 3 - low mid Div 2 and for UGC.... are you willing to do it?

ugc 6s asia doesnt give placement medals anymore so its just a waste of 30 minutes every week

How active is asia fortress? I rarely hear anything about it.
