#19 ESEA - Less than 4 days left in TF2 General Discussion

Yo do not need to have premium to pay for league fees, though you do have to be premiumed up before the server is assigned for your match or something. You pay for league fees by clicking on the "League" tab and clicking "Register and Pay." You pay for premium by clicking Play Now, but you have it until December 1st, which means that most likely your premium will expire a few days after December 1st, unless you have your premium on paypal subscription or something similar. Yes, league fees are the fees you pay to register and play officially in IM / Open, etc. Premium is used to play in pugs, use the other features of esea, and is one of the other steps to playing in a match.

To summarize: No they are not the same thing; you can just pay league fees for now, but must be premium to play a match.

Really nice guy, very good roamer. His bombs destroyed my team last season in our match vs them. Best of luck dude!

#5 Medic! Emma Watson looking for a team! in Recruitment (looking for team)

I played a lobby w/ Emma today, and here's what I noticed:

He has a tendency to talk a lot, but his general gamesense and mechanics is good enough for a UGC Platinum / low open ESEA team. He is very passionate about the game, which means that given time, he'll definitely improve to great heights.

That being said, he does talk a lot, and, at least in lobbies, he's a bit annoying, but I'm sure he isn't like that with an actual team with people he knows. I'd suggest him try to play on a UGC platinum team as a better litmus test to see if he should commit to an esea open team (it costs a bit of money afterall, and losing is a surefire way to kill enthusiasm unfortunately :( ). You might even try to backup for a team to learn a bit more about higher level play?

Best of luck dude, keep up the dedication!

Marxist is incredible. He's super dedicated, THE leader of UGC 6's, and super good at the game.

#4 6cuties looking for demo in Recruitment (looking for team)

These guys are great, and all now have the experience necessary to make and do well in IM playoffs imo. Auburn has since refined his aggro, which means that any prospective demo will have good heals during transitions and holds.

Final note: Sakura is the sexiest man alive.

#8 Pocket Soldier Looking in Recruitment (looking for team)

Last season he was already one of the best pockets in open: he does a LOT with his ubers, and he hits the airshots necessary to stop plays from being made, not just the flashy ones. He deserves a good team!

Good medic who gets a lot of hate for some reason, but still plays well. Very good movement: surfs them rockets.

#5 Phrakture lft in Recruitment (looking for team)

Ever since I tried Phrakture out during S11, I've known that he's been a super dedicated soldier. Looking at his performance in s12, it's easy to see how he's turned his dedication into good results. Best of luck man!

One of the best snipers in NA. He has the gamesense and dm to play at a high open / IM level.

#8 soldier lft in Recruitment (looking for team)

I've known Ma3la for 3 season by now, and ever since I've met him, the guys been ripping it up on every team he's been on. His roamer style is very aggressive, and he knows how to abuse his position in order to get frags out, though I haven't watched him roam in a long time. His pocketing style is also very aggressive, and he has the dm to make it work. Best of luck dude!
