Yes there is, just about every analog microphone (3.5mm or XLR w/o interface) will have some background buzz due to the gain. Just buy a $3 USB sound card and move on.

Recommend me a headset please

Any reason why? The Cloud 2/1's are the only headset not made by GOOD headphone manufacturers that actually have good headphones along with a decent mic. They're basically Takstar Pro 80s which a lot of people considered a great value headphone for $80ish basically selling for less than $80 with a mic attached. As someone with a lot of "headphone experience" it's always been my go to headset recommendation for under $100USD.
If you really really want a dedicated headset opposed to headphones+mic I'd look at Sennheiser or Audio Technica headsets if you want anything above dogshit sound. The Sennheiser PC350 always sits around $100 USD and a couple of their other headsets semi-regularly dip to the $100 mark.

its been stated already but i think the uber building is a fine mechanic its just broken in its current state
it should not be allowed to build faster than an uber, but it should still you equivalent or even less uber % per arrow in the time span that you wouldve been healing with the medi gun
crossbow building adds a lot of what seems like rng to tracking ubers right now, and you could argue that it just increases a potential skill ceiling but in its current state its far too random and far too powerful

GazBecause damage output on scout matters when all it tells you is that you did a terrible job at cleaning up (aka your primary task) or in b4nnys case that you take away the opportunity to deal damage from your combo by taking heals miles above the average amount for a pocket scout + insisting on taking every uber. I know b4nny pushed this belief, but frags are more important than damage and frankly, starkie outperformed him by miles in that regard and the general impact on the game with 1/4 of his heals. B4nny wasn't an important player outside of his calling the last two LANs so please lets not include him in these kind of discussions. The players who were far better than him don't deserve this.
