its me again, more questions
would the hyperthreading in an i7 make a significant difference in tf2?
i realized i could buy a non-k 8700 within my budget, although i'm guessing cuz the max turbo frequency is 4.6 (which is prob what i was gonna look to OC to in both the 8600k or the 8350k if i bought those instead), i think i might need to buy a cooler in the future, i could also just ditch the ssd and buy a cooler off that but still.
besides that 8700 build, the only other builds i have in mind are just 8600k and the 8350k, also the 8400 build i posted last time
i'll prob upgrade my gpu to a 1050ti with the 8350k, or a 1060 3gb with the 8400 build, but you said you GPUs dont make that much of a difference in tf2 so
thanks again for the help
also still looking for cooler reccomendations if i buy the 8350k or the 8600k, and maybe the 8400 too since it doesnt hit the max turbo frequency with the stock cooler, is the H7 i picked enough to get around 4.5 GHz?

a few more questions
i've been mostly sticking with a normal 1050 for the build i'm thinking about, but i could buy a 1050 ti or maybe a 1060, will there even be a noticeable difference in tf2 if i buy either of these instead of the normal 1050?
i could also try using this cash to buy a 8600k + z370
is there any difference between these 2 PSUs besides one of them being modular?
the builds in question:
8400 w/ 1050 and samsung 250gb ssd
8400 w/ 1050ti and PNY 120gb ssd
8400 w/ 1060 (no ssd)
8600k w/ 1050 (no ssd)
what seems like the overall better build
keeping in mind i will mostly play tf2 and a few other shooters like gtav or whatever my heart desires (and affords), i'm still open to the idea of a 8350k but i dont want to upgrade this system in a while
i can still add a cheap ssd to the ones without one, but i'm also thinking about buying a 144hz and a mic so
what i mostly meant by that is upgrading to a 8600k in the future without worrying about the mobo, although if i ever upgrade to a new cpu it's prob gonna be to whatever gen is after ice lake and its very likely im gonna need a new mobo either way so it doesnt matter
i have the money to buy a 8600k rn but i would rather just use those 60ish bucks more in saving for a 144hz or preripherals
are the samsung ssds worth the extra price
any cooler reccomendations preferably below 50 USD?
i love nick, he knows the truth.
i'm back once again looking for more advice on my poorly thoughtout builds
1. if i'm staying with a 8400, should i bother getting a 3rd party cooler?
i also want this setup to last a while before i have to do an upgrade, which i prob why i been sticking to the coffee lake i5's than the 8350k, also i've been seeing a bit of sttutering in a few 8350k benchmarks (although that might be different with each chip, mostly happened in the gta v benchmark which is a game i do plan on playing with this new pc), still on the fence on what i'm getting but still
the stock cooler seems to do fine with the 8400 and i could save that money on something else honestly
2. should i buy a ssd even if it is only 120 gbs (assuming the w10 is 20gbs, only 100 of those will be free)
also i'm pretty sure i can use a m.2 ssd no matter if i buy a b360 or a z370, should i buy one instead of a normal sata one
https://pcpartpicker.com/user/smessy/saved/X26JVn - the build in mind for now, if i get a cooler it'll be one from the ones that appear in logicalincrements, and i could also get a z370 for around the same price for a more visible upgrade path in the future.

this happened to me a lot last season and i already have pretty bad fps outside of matches so let's just say it was kinda painful playing with the fps i get in matches
but i remember in first week last season and when i joined the servers to report ffw's i got my normal or at least close to the normal fps i'm used to in my pc
i feel like this just happens to everyone so its just the esea client being a big stinky
murkscribeanyone got the ryzen2000 series? and willing to share their benchmarks?
this and coffee lake i3/i5 benchmarks would be appreciated
