EDIT: What I meant by this post is that, in my previous post, I added that I'm no longer looking for tryouts, and the people that are adding me don't appear to have seen that.

134 on my second attempt. messed up first one by right clicking, messed up second when trying to lower my DPI on the fly.

this is worse than dishonored because the controls are clunky and it feels really scripted, like there's exactly one way they wanted you to approach each section

Thanks Platinum and <:E, but is this really the way to save the league? who the heck would finish top two of open without invites and wasn't planning to play otherwise? What if you're just drawing players out of other divisions, where a lot of teams still need to pay?

I think more teams would be persuaded by a direct mentor arrangement from you guys and whoever else wants to. Working with experienced players would seriously change my expectations of ESEA-O (which currently involve losing money and getting frustrated)

However you want to go about this, you guys are putting your money where your mouth is and that's more than I've come to expect of this community.

I'm paid up in ESEA Open and now LFT. I'd also like to bring my friend Melon with as a backup (also paid up), she can play Scout and Medic at roughly the same level and Soldier in a pinch.

Experience:
-I've played UGC HL (typically Scout) since Season 8 (4 complete seasons) and I currently backup in Gold.
-I've done 1 full season of ESEA Open (scout) and several seasons of UGC 6v6 (up to UGC Platinum)
-Played two matches this season (Demoman) before my Open team succumbed to availability issues

Miscellaneous:
-Might also want to play medic, but I'd have to try it out more before deciding
-From best to worst, Scout, Roamer, Demo, Medic
-DM is stronger than gamesense since I don't do enough 6s

Edit: I'm writing this because i recently tried to basher jump three times while wielding a Ham Shank.

Turns out my binds won't work with it because i use the mouse wheel (up = primary I'm not f2p `.`)

I'd just like to point out my two reasons for preferring CEVO since we all have different ideas about why people are where.

1. CEVO has people like Lange working with them, who know the game well and have already been a positive influence on the community.
2. Since I'm not ever expecting to win a division or make Invite/LAN, league fees give me very little, so I want them to be as low as possible.

It's practicality. You still play matches and you still do scrims, so it can't be significantly worse. I managed to play UGC 6v6 competitively and seriously by scrimming open teams and talking strategy with my teammates (We were in Platinum but bad enough to have to try), so I plan to enjoy CEVO just the same.

1. Most of the content I plan to stream is TF2. It's a bit difficult at the very moment as I'm not consistently scrimming, but I'm looking to join another team at the moment and am just waiting on tryout results. More than 80% of my gaming hours are TF2 based, so I expect my streaming to reflect that.
2. I can stream any day of the week and do plan to stream on and off every week.

4. I want to base my stream on gaming and chat interaction primarily. While I focus on the spectrum of TF2 from pubs to matches, other games (especially single player) are part of what I plan to stream as well.

6. I've been playing in Highlander since UGC Season 8. I currently play in the Gold division on the team Catgirl Cafe. I've played a few seasons of 6v6 between UGC and ESEA, and I am actively seeking a mid to high Open team in CEVO or ESEA to play for.
