Make it so that you have to play 10 matches before you get put into a proper skill group so you don't get destroyed by clockwork and sideshow even though you're rank 1
got a double airshot in my first game
We keep getting rolled every single fucking time I play
They had a heavy + medic combo sitting on mid with scouts chipping away at everybody
So far, not an enjoyable experience
are the stress tests given to everybody or just a small group?
remember when the rocket launcher had like 40 reserve ammo
yeah the pyro is supposed to be shit at medium-long range that's why it's an ambush class
"The Pyro is designed to be the best short-range combat class, aimed at encouraging players to adopt an ambush style of play. To achieve this, we made the Pyro vulnerable in the open, which forces players to seek out enclosed areas and doorways. To add to the Pyro's short range lethality, we made the Flamethrower effects visually noisy, which helps disorient opponents long enough for the flames to finish them off."

i have the least out of all of you (except dreamboat)

I follow a lot of people on twitch and have email notifications set up
I just noticed
-Opening a MOTD window (hidden or visible) that is not requested
Skial breaks this rule, yet you can still find their servers in quickplay
why are random crits off
they're a good mechanic in pubs
"Critical hits are one of the features that resulted from our focus on pacing. The Critical hits system attempts to slightly influence the highs and lows of the game by increasing the chance of a Critical hit based upon the player's recent performance. In summary, the better you're doing the more likely you'll continue to do well. This helps create those rare high moments where a single player goes on a rampage and gets three or four kills in rapid succession."
Also, why would you allow the Original?

astrin_can we play tc_hydro?
I had a version of TF2 from November 15th 2007 and played it with my friends
The matches were either 2 hours long or 7 seconds long
Hydro is only good when you play it on the Xbox 360 or PS3 version
Anyways, yes please do this
I believe the game is more balanced when you don't have any other weapons
Performance will also be better because of no hats
Please for the love of god don't revert the stats to the 2007 stats though
Pyro had no airblast essentially making him an ambush class (although the developers intended you to play her as an ambush class)
Engineer couldn't move buildings
Demoman and Soldier had like 30-40 reserve ammo
Spies backstab took a million years to complete
The only way to refill your cloak other than waiting is to change classes then change back to spy
And just keep it stock, no unlocks.
it aint a stock tf2 server if you've got unlocks
if you add hats, only allow the original 9 hats that were added in the sniper vs spy update
Smesiwhy do i have to have a phone to play mm
so that your account can't get hacked and someone else could play MM i'm guessing
knowledgeable esports expert M'aiqIt is exactly right that competitive TF2 doesn’t resemble everyone else’s TF2. They’re basically not even the same game, and if you’re used to the unmanaged chaos of regular TF2, competitive TF2 just doesn’t seem like much fun.
Basically, competitive TF2 is TF2 from 2008, and hasn’t really advanced much beyond that. The only way you could play a more primitive version of the game is load up the Orange Box for XBOX 360. Competitive TF2's problem is that they demand everyone go back in time to when they play, rather than evolve into what everyone else plays. Competitive match making will not help the comp scene get big.
yeah this is what competitive tf2 is like
