#1 Need help with a bug in Customization

So recently I've encountered a weird bug in my game. Basically I hear a windows notification sound and I'm paralyzed for a few seconds. That meaning that the game around me is still running fine, but I can't move, look around or shoot. My OS is Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.

PS: Not sure if this kind of thread belongs here, please move it if necessary.
