so i went to stand up, and i caught my foot on the cord and yanked it pretty hard, now the sound is all screwed. my music is fine, chrome is really quiet, and mumble wont even make a sound. idk whats happening, i plugged some earbuds in and they seemed fine. ive been playing around with audio settings but i cant get them to work. id rather not buy new headphones if i dont have to, so if anyone can help id really appreciate it.

gonna piggyback on this, does anyone have a recommendation for a nice pair of headphones for like <$50? i have a mic, no need for that

this is because your bind is set like this: bind "key" "slot2; r_drawviewmodel 1" or something similar to that. when you have gboats equipped, your slot2 is not a weapon you an actively use, so it cant switch weapons, so you end up with whatever slot you previously had out when you wen to switch weapons. but the viewmodel change still applies. there isnt really a fix to this, except a seperate soldier cfg to use when you switch to a loadout with an active slot2 weapon. this is because your crosshair switcher doesnt apply viewmodels due to weapons, but to the slots themselves.

edit: the beep noise is the game telling you there isnt any weapon in the slot2.

we cut him for not listening to the main caller/doing stupid things during pushes, also, he was trying to main call over our actual main caller, so if you pick him up it would be best to have him maincall. Other than that though, his actual dm skill is quite good, hed do well on a mid open team.

Played with him a while back in the preseason, unfortunately the team died, but from what iv'e seen he could easily be mid-high open, and hes pretty good at the sniper class as well.
