almost every team could get into a higher div/get a better placement by simply sticking around for longer than one season. especially in lower levels it seems like teams never play together for more than one season (even after winning playoffs).

kKaltUuTERRY and I did AC works for NA and EU resp. at TF2Center when we were part of the staff.
After both of us left because of the DeutschLAN affaire we didn't look for replacements.
Problem is that both of us were working at the leagues (UGC and ETF2L) as well, so anyone picking up the task doesn't have the capabilities we had.
It sucks for the people that spend their time reporting the cheaters, but principles regarding TF2Center taking money from the community and pocketing it just broke off a lot of goodwill center had with its volunteers.

i reported him to tf2center staff back in late february, seems like they still havent done anything about it. i'd post the emails if center was up.

assuming you are one of those guys who starts sweating pregame and complains about cold fingers, go into the game with the mindset that you are gonna roll 5:0 and dont worry too much about doing badly.
edit: this especially applies to roamer, where your overall performance can vary a lot depending on map and enemy team.
