WaldothrasherI'm an idiot who plays lefty (I'm right handed). Playing lefty I feel more comfortable doing jumps from the left. The original is better for me.There's a setting which swaps viewmodels to the left, surprisingly it also switches where rockets/pipes/etc come from, cl_flipviewmodels 1/0.
Yeah I know about the viewmodel switch, but it just feels so weird seeing the stock RL on the left. I can't play like that. I tried the stock with the model on the left with viewmodels off, and it seemed ok, but then the original came out. Ill never go back to the stock.

Jesus Christ, a 9800gtx? That was my old card YEARS ago. The fan on it died and I was overheating. I didn't experience what you are, and you may not have a heat issue. It's hard to say for sure. If you want to, you can get an aftermarket cooler for the 9800 really cheap. That's what I did and I ran cooler than ever.
