Yeah that's really the only thing I'm hung up on renhet. I know for a fact that the final event (for my unusual) I'm going to allow at the very least the top donor of the night into the event first. Maybe more (or all) of the slots will go to top donors. I considered doing this for all the events but it would be really tough and take a long time to do it that way. Some events will be first come first serve, some wont.

I use the large goliathus speed. I use a really low sens (1.3 in game, 900dpi, windows default, no accel) and I love it

so just a little update. I was able to borrow a prophunt server for this, so be ready for some of that. Considering maybe a degroot pub for a prize as well. I dont really want to do stuff like MGE or ultiduo because it will drive away some of the more casual players who are watching. If anyone has a suggestion for a game/event to do please post it here!

I think recommending particular peripherals to someone is tricky because everything is personal preference. You should really try to find a store near you that has some of these things to try in person before you buy. If you have a Microcenter in your area go there.

Let me just give you an example based on what I use:

Keyboard: CM Storm Trigger (brown switches) - $120
Mouse: Razer left handed Deathadder - $60
Mousepad: Razer goliathus speed (large) - $25
Headphones: Audio Technica ad700 - $100
Microphone: modmic 2.0 - $35

$335 for all that. I recently upgraded to the ad700/modmic. I was using a razer carcharias before that (which is actually quite good for a "gaming" headset). That cost around $80. Even with the cheaper alternative it would still run $285.

Those prices don't include tax or shipping either, so like I said. Be ready to spend around $400 for really high end stuff.

If you need to pick and choose go mouse and mousepad first.
