i think your timing is okay, but you need to flick your mouse more when you actually stab. you want to be shoulder to shoulder with bot facing the same way, you're kinda just looking at the shoulder. but agree with tob and hallu

on my server browser, i very often see ugc.tf EU servers showing up as having really low ping like 19-30. then when I join, since they are EU, i get like 120 ping.
scanned my server browser and saw 7 eu ugc.tf servers doing this.
anyone else?
