I would recommend doing diy earbud molds.
Basically there is this product by the company radians that is for hunters where you mix two play dough ish substances together and put it in your ear and in 10 minutes it will harden. This is useful for like hunting and sleeping, but what you do is put earbuds in while its hardening, so it ends up acting as an eartip.

That is the tutorial. The advantages for me are that they stay in your ears way better, isolate sound better than silicon eartips, and you can do this to any existing earbud you have. The disadvantage is that they look dorky.
