What should replace the death pit?

Hey guys, recently I've been working on a new ultiduo map and in order to make it something people will actually play, I started asking people who play it often how they feel about certain maps and the gameplay involved. A lot of the responses I had gotten were genuinely surprising to me so it's clear I don't really know much about what people like in playing ultiduo. I made this survey in order to get a better idea of what people like about ultiduo and what they don't like. I highly encourage you to ask whoever your typical ultiduo partner is to complete the survey. Please only complete the survey once.

Most of the questions are pretty general so along with the data that I get from the survey, I'd like this thread to serve as a sort of discussion of what could work in an ultiduo map and what couldn't. Anybody can throw in an idea and hopefully someone else will respond with why it works or why it doesn't work. This way a suggestion for my map can be judged before being implemented for testing.

I would also like feedback on my own map. I have been experimenting with a death pit near the point which has gotten good responses so far. For the past few versions, I have had testing from Nursey, Daffodil, Percy, and a set of other players (huge thanks to them) but am now looking for more responses. The map itself is still in the very early stages so barely anything is decorated and anything is subject to change (including the name!)

One more thing I want to point out is that I am still a junior mapmaker so it's entirely possible I have made several mistakes in the process of this map's creation. Ultiduo is arguably the simplest of competitive formats (with the exception of mge) so I used it as a starting point for map making. Please let me know if I have made any mistakes in terms of the mapping process.

i used to have a big ass tv as a monitor because i didnt have an actual monitor and so my neck would hurt like a bitch having to look up all the time.

what kind of stuff did you guys get for friends/family and if you already received and opened gifts, what did you get?

I got my brother Pokemon Sun for christmas and I have no idea what I'm going to receive because ive given no note of wanting anything.

what the fuck is up with mge? everytime i remove from a game it switches my model and keeps me in an arena so theres potential for more than 2 people per arena when there isn't supposed to be. anybody else have this problem? didn't happen before this update.

Does this happen on other maps? I'm pretty sure this happens on upward and a couple other maps because they aren't securely skyboxed in. I would change huds to make sure but it seems like a game issue that's just another bug in the game.

I'd like the name that appears for my stream on the sidebar to be "bleh" as opposed to "CallMeBleh"

I mentored his team briefly last season and he stuck out as the strongest in dm abilities. He's a nice guy to hang around too and seems dedicated to improving. Give him a good team that is looking to improve and he will do great.
