I have rang for these guys several times and I love all of them. They are all incredibly nice and chill to be around as well. The team is dedicated to improving and the atmosphere is always in that mindset. These players are somewhat new to the 6s scene and while they are not incredible yet, they have quickly adapted to it and are now starting to show signs of faster improvement. I highly suggest if you're looking for a place to feel at home playing video games, this is it.

holy shit enough with these balancing items threads. it doesn't even matter what we say will balance them because its ultimately up to valve to implement them.
MalloryYo any of the people who rated themselves as new to ESEA or Low-Mid open who are willing to lead, message me, I'll help you get set-up as an impromptu newbie team "drive" and I'm willing to help you through issues over the course of the season (I've lead something like 5 separate teams over two years, so even though I'm still bad at games I think I'm a pretty experienced team leader).
This is an awesome opportunity for any of you who have been on the fence about joining/making a team for esea. Mallory is an awesome team leader and I would know, having been on multiple of the teams she's led. If a team gets created out of this, I'm willing to lend my server and mumble to them since I don't plan on playing this season, nor does my mumble fill up enough usually to make adding a set of 6 or 7 players to it a problem. Do not hesitate to take this opportunity.
For those of you considering leading but afraid you won't find teams to scrim, tf.tv has a discord for finding scrims. It should be at the bottom of the page but just in case it doesn't show up for you: https://discord.gg/0if53iRT2W4nyL6t

im diamond-low master :D
I'd be more than happy to admin for this since I know several players who have part of their competitive career owed to this group. One of my favorite things to see is new players eager to learn the game competitively.
XenThePybroI like it and but as much as I dont like overediting you should consider some more effects and smoother transitions
I agree, the transition between third person and first person is kind of quick. Also, I'd experiment with different angles of seeing the shot. So one possible angle could be from the side of the shot so you can see both soldiers during the entire frag.
Also, I feel like you don't have to put the title in the clip itself because it's not an entire frag movie that requires a title but I suppose that's personal preference since it doesn't really change the look of the frag.
good snapchat. also is a super nice guy
im sorry. what?
SleepingLifeAs a map dev you get to have 2 choices, make a map that's just for fun and therefore it doesn't matter what you decide to put in it because it isn't serious competitively (take almost every map ever made for ultiduo as an example here) or a map that is trying to be able to be used in tourneys and cups.
If you pick the first option then do whatever you want. If it's the second option try and make it so you aren't incentivised to do things like shotgun deny and counterjump.
I can understand that and as such, I am open to changing it. I think I need more direction than "floor" for what to switch it to because there are plenty of ways I can make it floor and would make game play different in each of them.
SleepingLifehow are you supposed to enjoy playing with a death pit when both teams are actually trying to win and therefore will shotgun deny for easy death pit frags
You could potentially say the same thing for other game modes like spire and ultiduo baloo. Most people don't do it just like they don't sit by the spawn door waiting for the enemy to come out. Sure it's effective but it's BM and if you're playing, you're more than likely playing for fun.
I encourage people to actually try the map with the death pit before knocking it out but as always I'm open to changing it. If it's to be changed, should the space that took up the death pit be at the level of the point or the rest of the floor?
