KAMOtornados2111If you had SteamGuard enabled, they can't trade for 7 days which gives you time to get your account back. Someone just hijacked my account last week, out of nowhere. Submit a ticket today, it took them 5 days to get back to me (assuming it's related to the high #s of support tickets warning on their page)truktrukRight, thanks for your help. Do you happen to know anything about retrieving lost items/games/anything else?tornados2111truktrukhttps://support.steampowered.com/How much exactly should I be giving that is safe? I assume just the number of the card? and what if I used different cards?
Submit a ticket there. You should be able to get your account back if you provide the credit information you used to purchase games/steam wallet funds.
I wouldn't provide any information it doesn't ask you to provide. I'm just saying they will probably want that information so have it ready.
I don't understand this logic. I had steamguard on, and I could trade. If steam thinks that person is the owner, how will it stop them from trading?
