hey, i'm looking to sub or backup for a low-mid open team
i can't commit the time to tf2 for a full time team, but i still want to be part of one and improve
i mge/dm a bit, and i'm on every day after 7:30 pm est, although i won't be able to play a lot during the weekdays
my scout is definitely stronger than my soldier, but i think my dm/gamesense is adequate for low open

it feels so surreal now that everything is over. tip of the hats was such a phenomenal event and i already can't wait for next year's event. shoutout to everyone responsible for making toth possible.

i'm having the same problem (one thing that might be different is pain markers still show up)
also on a fresh install of tf2 and not overclocked

mine also came today, however it keeps losing signal with just the slightest adjustments. i replaced the dvi cable and it doesn't seem to lose power, so i'm thinking it's the monitor that's messed up. i'm going to call monoprice today, but could there be any other possible causes?

I'm currently in high school and over the summer I picked a topic (computational biology) for further research.
There's a program in my school that will try to pair me up with an appropriate lab in the following two years but I'm definitely in over my head. My teacher expects me to fully understand the topic and to come up with my own research proposals. Biology is my strong suit but even then I'm not familiar with a lot of lab procedures and I don't know what I'll have to do on the computational side.

For those of you who have worked in lab environments or are familiar with the topic, I would greatly appreciate tips on what to start studying. I still have a lot of time to learn and I don't want to waste it..
