#33 Competitive TF2 Today in The Dumpster
TohsakaRinI apologize for hyperbolizing but your nitpicking doesn't change any of my points. The game isn't that big at all and you'd have to be delusional to think otherwise.

most of ur points are invalid since they make sweeping generalizations of the community. you characterize the comp community as one entity that alienates newbies, brags about mge, hates unlocks, and is dead. that isn't even to mention the fact that you throw around insults in your post, which isn't the best way to get us to acknowledge ur post.

#8 Which Zowie mouse for palm grip? in Hardware
RadioactiveNinjabadinkajinkfk1 is pretty good for palm unless you have large hands, i think the ec2/1 is made specifically for palm
I've read some reviews about the EC mice, and a few of them say that they start failing after a couple of months, and I like to buy mice for the long term, is them starting to break/peel quickly common or a rare thing (if you have one)?

Also, I do have fairly small hands. so fk1 works ok for palming if you have small hands?

i change between palm/claw on the fk1 with small asian hands, it is more than fine for either grip
i think the fk1 is a little better for claw, but it still works well for palm grip

#5 ath m50 or hd558? in Hardware
reillyYouve basically nailed the descriptions of both. I find both generally sound great in all cases, I just prefer the 558s for most non-EDM music.

Personally, if you have the money I would say go for the 558s, but if you want to save a little bit go for the m50s

I've found a seller selling refurbished 558s for ~30 USD cheaper than a new pair, so I might go with that now. I also realized that a significant portion of my music is indie/classical, so maybe the 558s are the superior choice.

#1 ath m50 or hd558? in Hardware

I've been doing my own research but I can't come to a conclusion, so I've come here to get some advice. Btw, closed/open doesn't matter to me.
So far what I know is:
the m50s have better bass without sounding distorted, which is a big plus (80% of my music is edm/hip hop)
however they have a really shitty soundstage, and they also clamp onto ears tightly (I have pretty big ears so this might be a big problem)
the 558s are much more balanced, which, although it is great, isn't really what I'm looking for
however they're really comfortable, and have a good soundstage since they are open backed

music wise, the m50s are for me, but I want to know how it compares with the 558s in gaming, especially how much soundstage matters in tf2/other fps. tftv, pls make my decision, right now i can get both for around the same price (558s are a little cheaper).

tetrominoHonestly, I stopped watching a couple episodes before the second season finale because of how much I disliked Korra as a character and how I thought the villain was really boring. It gets better though?

season 3 is a big turning point for the quality of the show overall

the villain is a lot less black/white, and there's actual character development instead of the retarded love triangle from the past seasons

so yeah, it gets better
