It's not that they're stronger, it's that it's harder to kill them.
I think the idea is that a lot of the core ideas of weapons are just destructive to our 6s, and no amount of "less powerful" would make them not destructive in our 6s without making them pointless outside of our 6s.
Argue to me that the current implementation of lobbies is significantly more like matchmaking than public pickup systems are and I'll get back to you.

That's because source doesn't handle stepping up "stairs" with sides that are sloped away from you. If the end of the frame puts you on the slope, you stop as if it were a wall. They have to clip it flat to fix it.

How about making the fov diagonal and capping it at whatever the current diagonal fov for 16:9 is? 4:3 would be taller and no aspect ratio would necessarily have an advantage over others
TF2 is worse for cheating than CSGO because of projectiles and butt-buddying, but that might change if we get better comp support.
