You know nothing about me, your interpretations about how I treat and deal with people is flawed and couldn't be further from the truth.
I'm a very compassionate and giving person. I've donated thousands of dollars to children in 3rd world countries overseas. What have you done to better society and to help people? Just because I don't think that being transgendered is normal and that as a society we should bend over backwards for these people and change social rules of conduct for them, doesn't mean I hate them, it just means I feel that they need help, a lot of help.
If you find a little video link I post to be offensive to you, you are entitled to your own opinion. But that video was a real life video featuring 3 transgendered people in regular situations and exposed what they have to go through on a regular bases. And my one line post after linking the video of "If you look legit and are not a creep no one really cares or notices much" was a pretty basic summary of the video, and that statement doesn't even take sides one way or the other so I'm not sure why you are all worked up. Just accept that other people have differing opinions on various subjects.

i played a few scrims with them and i gotta say this is a really good group of players and if you join their team they will steer you in the right direction and help you improve.

I looked up the stock insignia mice and this is just, my opinion. If you really can truly get by using this mouse and you have gotten used to using it and you don't really feel the need to upgrade, feel free to continue using it.
But, honestly and this is just what I believe whole heartily, you are restricting yourself by using this mouse because some mice sensors are just objectively better than the sensor in this mouse. Zowie EC2-A, G303, G900 for example, these mice are not for show, to answer that portion of your question, the sensors in these mice are specifically designed to you the most accurate tracking in game. There is a reason most pro players choose to use hardware that is just the best objectively and gaming mice with great sensors are no different. It's so that their hardware isn't holding them back, so that the only thing restricting their ability to preform is how much time and effort they are willing to put into practicing and improving in the game they play.
With all that being said however, if you feel like your hardware isn't restricting your ability to preform, feel free to continue using that mouse.
These are the ones I have the Sennheiser HD 280's they're $100 USD and they're quite good i'd highly recommend them. For the price it's quite amazing the quality you get.
You could get a clip on microphone for about $15 USD if you wanna talk over voip or in mumble or something.
