Here's the RGB LAN medals, 1st to 3rd Place and Participant:
Chapelaria Ultiduo medals, in the same order:
Mappers vs. Machines Participant:
It should go without saying by this point that ETF2L medal images and models are recycled, and the same is true for the 2nd season of Chapelaria 6v6.
Via HLDS:
Valve- Fixed a bug where players could see enemy health indefinitely when playing as Spy or Medic
- Fixed incorrect strings and HUD image for the Reflect powerup in Mannpower mode
- Added tournament medals and community medals
- ETF2L 6v6 Season 24, Season 25 and Season 26; ETF2L Highlander Season 11 and Season 12; ETF2L Ultiduo 6; ETF2L Highlander Open Season 2; RGB LAN; Chapelaria 6v6 Season 2; Chapelaria Ultiduo Season 1; Mappers vs. Machines
Rumor has it:
- Item schema update with medal images: http://git.optf2.com/schema-tracking/commit/?id=db430419ae2879511c785a031de74bb97e3e413c&context=10
- ETF2L and Chapelaria 6v6 medals use the same images as previous medals
- RGB LAN medals: 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, and Participant
- Chapelaria Ultiduo medals: 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, and Participant
- This is the Mappers vs. Machines Participant Medal. If you're interested in participating in the contest, head here to get started

- Also included is a local sync of recent Steam Datagram system configuration changes which prepares for the imminent publishing of CS:GO in China by Perfect World. Don't expect to see these Chinese clusters used for TF2

– Added Holiday Cheer.
[GAMEPLAY]
– For a limited time, the Negev and R8 Revolver are available in Competitive Matchmaking.

[AUDIO]
– Volume now decays smoothly over distance, instead of by discrete steps.

– Added snd_hrtf_distance_behind (default 100), which allows HRTF to more closely match the perceived direction of a sound source as seen by the actual player behind a monitor.
– Fixed a bug where music volume would be set to the maximum level while accepting a lobby invitation.
[SERVERS]
– Added support for official game servers in Guangzhou and Shanghai for the Perfect World CS:GO Beta.
[MISC]
– Added Team ID option “Always On w/Equipment” to Game Settings
– Spectators can now use overhead equipment display.

Rumor has it:
- Mac OS X/macOS users may have broken audio after this update. Consider using Boot Camp for now if you already have a Windows installation set up through Boot Camp
- Chickens now have bunny hats, and when they're scared, they now drop easter eggs (thanks to /u/TheCowYT for the video):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnxFsAyGYxk
- Ahead of the now imminent release of CS:GO in China (with publishing handled by Perfect World), the Cartel series of skins now has low-violence variants: https://github.com/SteamDatabase/GameTracking-CSGO/commit/b78c8b5715804feb44eb97e5157de9b8c733ebc8

Valve- Internal updates to support future development
- These changes originally shipped to game servers only on March 14th
- Fixed regression from the toolchain beta causing the r_drawclipbrushes command to hang the game
- Fixed regression from the toolchain beta causing OS X players to be unable to join certain servers
Rumor has it:
- Excluding attempt #1 at this update (which was on 3/14/17 but then rolled back on clients due to Mac issues mentioned above), this is TF2's first update in 57 days
- Do you want to be bored? Knock yourself out, this GameTracking diff is the epitome of boring
- Size is ~40 MB
Via the Steam store:
Valve- Added UGC Highlander Season 19/Season 20, UGC 6vs6 Season 21/Season 22, and UGC 4vs4 Season 8/Season 9 tournament medals
- Added Gamers Assembly 2017 tournament medals
Rumor has it:
- Although the Steam store post claims "The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2.", it's just an item schema update (which can be seen here), so there won't be anything to download
BaseLAN is better, but it's a shame they're not hosting TF tournaments these days.

mbaWill this beta thing have any effect on performance?
John mentioned that although on paper it could result in slightly improved performance, don't expect anything drastic in the range of a miracle.
Konceptbeta branch?
http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/kancolle/images/2/21/PogChamp_Emote.png/revision/latest?cb=20160817151144
Well, moreso the promotion of one to the public, stable branch.

Valve- Internal updates to support future development
Rumor has it:
- John Schoenick shared this notice along with the above:
John Schoenick via HLDSThis update will be making the toolchain beta branch live. This update is known to break numerous server mods, many of which have updates available. In order to reduce the pain with this transition, the update is optional for servers. However, the next mandatory TF update will necessarily end support for the pre-toolchain-update builds, so server administrators should seek to update as soon as possible.
See the "Updated system requirements for TF2 dedicated servers" thread for more information on the toolchain update.
