I occasionally launch steam using "-console -no-browser" in my target (for that sweet, sweet FPS boost on my potato computer).
Launching this way appears to have the bonus side effect of keeping the abomination that is the new friends UI from appearing. Instead, you get the good old-fashioned one we're all used to.

Unless ETF2L admins want to go through and change literally every text color/half of their other colors, a base color similar to what we had in the first place would be ideal. Just needs to not be a 90% white screen like it was when they first changed it.
