How the hell do you find anyone in this game. I can run around a map for hours and only run into the grunt AI dudes. :|
Almost feels like I'm playing single player.

So according to the end-of-beta email, it'll be up on Steam "for good" in the next few weeks. Not sure if this means open beta or not, but either way I'm pretty hyped.
Anyone planning on playing comp? Depending on time commitment, I'd like to try it out once it's released.

I have a server that isn't used for anything atm. I could bring back MGE iT, but I don't see the point in going through all the trouble if no one plays on it.

So the MG on the Church is pretty good, especially since you shoot lazers when using the sights.
What's less good is the loadout cards. Pretty much all the ones I've unboxed have horrible perks that don't make it worth using.

Reflex: Arena shooter in development

They're not advertising the game because it's not ready for new players (doesn't stop me though). Imagine if they heavily advertised it right now, and a bunch of people who've never played an arena shooter buy it, and end up getting destroyed by the current player base which seems to mostly consist of CPMA/QL veterans. They'd quit and never come back.
They're planning on releasing full in-game tutorials and matchmaking, which will ensure (in theory) that new players will play against other new players, while the game will hold their hand a bit with the tutorials.
They also recently posted what they've got lined up for future patches:

I realized it overwrote everything including the FPS config I had, but even putting the config back in it doesn't feel much different.
Ahh, that was it, thanks.
Fixed my FPS, but I'm still getting the occasional freezes for whatever reason.
Edit: seems to have fixed itself.
