Apparently if you're a red soldier you can rocket jump higher than that fence and shoot rockets into blu spawn. Don't know if this was intended or not, but it seems kinda broken to me.

They fixed this once before. You were actually able to snipe from there into blu spawn in the initial release, same with spamming rockets, pipes, and stickies.
