I wouldn't recommend resetting unless you have many trillions of cookies made all time. I won't spoil the equation, but it takes a lot to get them.

I believe there is a new achievement for resetting your game with one quadrillion cookies. Might as well get that.

heavenly chips are OP as fuck on the 2nd play through. I've only been playing for 5 hours and I already have 10 times the CPS I had before last update and before the reset.

Shiet thought he updated for a second. Currently out of things to do in cookie clicker as I've gotten all the achieves bar resetting. Hopefully he will add some new cookies and or buildings.
