Needs more TIE fighters.
I will not be satisfied until every low tech weapon has been replicated as a "light" weapon version of it.

The biggest issue I have with the Lightclaymore is that since the crossguards are separate lightsaber emitters, you could just...slide your own saber down the dude's blade and cut them off.
Assuming of course that the saber itself isn't made of a resistant material, but in that case why not just use metal guards?
Also, I'm sad that they won't be able to include some of the more awesome stuff from European swordsmanship due to the nature of a lightsaber. No mordhau. :C

my god that new trailer was amazinggg. kylo ren looks super badass.
So, they must be rewriting what was already canonized?
Like, chronologically they should be fighting a clone of palpatine possessed by his force ghost or Darth Krayt, right?
I'm not really mad about it, but it seems like they already had a rich storyline with plenty of interesting bits. Maybe revising the story so that less fans have butt injuries from stuff like chewbacca dying is a good financial call and whatever.
I don't know, i'm not sold on it being a good movie at all. I'll watch it though.

Who knows if they will even include the Yuuzhan Vong war

I'm almost alright with not having the Yuuzhan Vong war, it got pretty weird later on in the writing. But the Palpatine stuff made sense with Darth Muun being his master and the whole Force Ghost thing being one of his skills. Even Krayt kind of had some validity.

All the expanded universe stuff is no longer canon. Only the movies and clone wars show, plus anything written in the last year. Everything else is "legends" now. Was announced when the Disney deal went through.

I did not know that, that's kind of poopy.

Glad the expanded universe is nixed, and I started reading that stuff with the Trawn trilogy back in '91. Lots of fun stuff, but holy shit there was also a lot of awful writing. It's really a bloated mess. Creates room for more possibilites in the end, really.

I like the pre-series expanded universe. He's not gonna make something spanning the post-KotOR pre-series time, he'll be dead before he gets that far.
