Ive been getting ping issues and I did a tracert to try and find the source of the issue, but I dont know what the results mean, if its good or bad, and if needed how to fix them.

you are getting shitty ping as soon as the packet leaves your default gateway for example when i do it all the hops are under 20ms. googling northeast.rr says theyre owned by time warner which must be your ISP
call them and ask them why you get shitty routing and if they try to bullshit you just tell them the results of the tracert. it's easier to just let them deal with it since you are paying with the service, just try not to let them cop out and say its your fault.

you have a better argument against your isp if you can log packet loss and erratic ping. call to complain every day until the nodes they control are stable.
