I really don't think it gets any cooler than your whole machine submerged in mineral oil.
As someone who did this before DON'T. Messy AF and not really any cooler.

If you actually want it cooler you could always do a phase change system (though it is super over the top)

Here is what I'm planning to work with in terms of modded cases.
Dear me... good luck putting hardware inside those vintage electronics. But seriously get yourself a big ass vintage toaster and put a computer in it. And you can tell everyone you game on a toaster.
Unfortunately I don't think toaster components were ever large enough for a PC. The radio or tv, however, are. The tv screen alone has a diagonal of 30" to give you a size estimate. And the radio cabinets sit at about 4 feet high. I'm still contemplating between the two and whether I will do them or not. First steps would be to completely get the system and clean the inside and out. Then re add finish and stain to wood, make holes for I/O, back panel, fans, etc.
small form factor or HTPC solutions exist, I don't have to stretch my imagination far to see it fit in a toaster (or even toaster + coffee maker combo
Oh yeah that's true, but I plan on going with full atx :P
Yeah I kinda doubt you will find a toaster capable of running that many gpus in sli lol
honestly i think if you try to cram a pc in vintage electronics you are A) going to have a bad time and B) going to regret it later once you've realized what you've done.
your best bet is to buy something like this, gut it, and roll with it. if you're crafty enough, you can buy one of those case lcd screens that monitor temps and stuff. maybe try to hookup the speakers of the unit to the pc????
idk man gl

Here ya go, just copy that. :P
Use some PCI-E risers to put each video card in each toaster slot.

Ended up going with the TV. Has plenty of space and was in good condition.
dunno if anyone suggested it yet but you can get some kickass sprays on your case like the TF logo or whatever you want really
just cut some cardboard with the shape you want and spray over it
May do that for the inside as it's supposed to look old and rustic on the outside while futuristic and fancy on the inside.

Also here is the crt and how much just the glass portion weighs.
