Tbh the majority of people in this thread don't even know Neo and are just jacking each other off. Neo's dm is good and he has what a lot of pockets lack, leadership. He can organize his team well and has a very loud personality; which in the past has given him a lot of hate. However, if he continues to try improve himself and how he treats others, his loud comms and good coordination will help lead any team looking to get into playoffs.

Neo is pretty cool but unfortunately most people who hate him have never talked to him. He's not a toxic asshole like people pass him off to be.

Neo has a really big ego, and loves to brag in pugs or whatever environment, but honestly he doesn't even do that much anymore. If you look beyond the poor first impression he may of left on you he is a super dedicated player with good dm, and if he can keep it under control his ego is going to push him to improve.

It's clear Neo is trying to fix his attitude. You should give him a chance on your team because his DM/calls are p. good and I have noticed that his attitude hasn't been bad lately.
