how big is the market for them: how many people collect them? are there other sellers currently ?
Don't expect someone to trade this for a 50 key unusual. But if you find the right person they might offer a couple of keys

My bad, I mixed this up with "Normal" quality.
I don't think it's anything special, afaik it's quite an easy thing to achieve.

It's not crafted w/ a crafted by tag if you do that though, it just gives you an exact copy of the original weapon with a different name. This is different from the renaming thing

There was a bug during... Invasion I think? where you could craft anything, that's how people got all the new reskins early (and by means other than unboxing, which is supposed to be their exclusive origin).

Yeah there was a bug during the Invasion update where people could craft stock weapons for a short amount of time. There's crafted yellow unique stock weapons and gray name normal/strange stock weapons floating around. The latter is worth quite a bit of DOSH
