MixChamp Relatively serious games, anyone can play.
PugChamp Serious games, you won't get picked unless you're a known player
TF2Center VERY casual games, anyone who knows about the website can play
FACEIT Newer pug service, I'd recommend it, typically serious games.

those mentioned above are great. You can also always find some good in house pugs and pug groups. I dont really know of any but you could prob find some good ones by asking around.

There is matchmaking, but you're wasting your time if you want to get good, if you were to just play that. Matchmaking is only good if you wanna play serious pubs with players that are actually trying and where dying actually means something.
