smziFunswhat goes through your mind when it comes to 1v1 mechanics?
do you mean when the actual 1v1 happens ingame (e.g. omg i gotta hit my shots or i die omg) or is this question connected to actual methods on how to approach a 1v1
your movement patterns and aiming style, how do you approach dodging and in what way do you aim your shots in scout v scout?

I'd like to know where the absolute best place to standby would be right before an uber push that doesn't involve me in it (any adv uber, but in this case its most likely even). I find myself taking retard damage right before an uber if I'm anywhere near the combo or my presence heavily stacks flank and one of us dies from cluster damage.

What do you think about the scout buff (where medics can now move as fast as scouts when healing them), and has it made a difference in terms of how you play?

Whicht trades are worth taking ? Aside from obvious situations when you die but drop the med, how much should you value your life and how should you decide if its worth it to die for a said class. Furthermore, is there a general rule for mids on different maps (ie to say that it is worth dying early for the demoman on gully or idk).

i get ok kd but in general low deaths and low kills, and low damage. on passive scout. is this generally a bad thing or am i doing something crucial wrong ?

Thanks everyone for the replies. I will start working on it this sunday. Some of the questions can be summarised in one topic others are extremely specific especially the map related ones. My idea here is to maybe not make an hour long episode (nobody watches through all that be honest) but maybe several short clips that touch on these issues and people can pick out the parts easier that interest them.

Do you agree with Sheepy's ranking of best scouts ?

what should i do when i'm holding last (assuming no offclass for whatever reason)? i basically just don't know how to triage shots, or whether i should commit to a meatshot to force a flash, etc. thinking mostly of cramped lasts like gully.

In standard full team fights (like mid fights) do you intentionally pursue other scouts or do you deliberately avoid them to focus on other classes?

i try to frag the classes that are called weak, the classes that run in my way and challenge me to a 1v1 or players that are horribly out of position
