So the pocket for my team told me that to get better aiming skills I should do wrist strengthening exercises. I wasn't sure how to do them and I don't have access to free weights and stuff so he told me to stick my hand in a pickle jar and then try to get it out so my wrist will get stronger. I'm kind of scared of getting my hand stuck and maybe it won't come out. Does anyone have experience with this technique that can give me some advice? Thanks.
your pocket was lying to you
well actually what i like to do is duck tape rocks to my hands and flail them around wildly like i'm in mike tyson's punchout
good luck

Just did a quick search: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/md55.htm
I'm fairly certain your friend was joking, though. If you want better aim, then spend time in dm and/or mge servers. Just play the game, and eventually you'll get better.
And if you really want your hand stuck in a jar, then you may have better luck with pickled olive jars.

I flex my thumb about 200 times before playing so I get those lightning fast uber pops
who's your pocket lol. if you seriously want to improve your wrist muscle (btw it won't help your aim) http://www.wikihow.com/Strengthen-Your-Wrists
I have one of these, I don't use it often though. Maybe that's why I can't aim.

the best wrist strengthening is repetition every day, all day through scrims and personal practice, like also a factor is if you are stiff person. get up and give your self a 15-20 min break (at least for me)to loosen up your arm and waist.
Lol.
All I can say is, don't overdo it. I'd like to say that swiveling a mouse is less strenuous than drawing, but still be wary of doing too much and not taking breaks.

Just get a big bottle of water and twist it around
