Did you deleted the "resource" and "scripts" folders that are located outside of the "custom" folder?

I did that when i didn't knew how to install custom hud with the steampipe update,and i re-installed tf2 and got back to work.

So if you everytime you re-install the game you delete those files,stop it.

It's an easy fix; Validate your files. I had that problem as well, when you validate your files it will find like 64 files missing and redownload it for you. Hope this helps!

Steam library>right click team fortress 2>properties>local files >verify integrity of game cache

Validating, means "validate your files," as I have stated in my question, yes I've tried that many times.

You've made this thread completely useless. You should've kept the OP as it was and then added the solution. Perhaps adding a [SOLVED]-Tag to the title. Which makes it actually useful for forum search and linking your thread to other people.
