#1 Help finding an Adapter. in Hardware

Looking for one of these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DC1P8VA/ref=ox_ya_os_product it's a DVI-D dual link FEMALE to a VGA MALE, this is the only one I can find anywhere all other are vis versa, with the female dvi and the male vga. This one will take a month and a half to ship, if someone could find one that doesn't take that long, could you link me?

#1 Low FPS should I still get a 120hz monitor? in Hardware

I get from 120-160FPS with max frames, dx:8.1, capped at 121fps with 60hz monitor. Is there a point to getting a 120hz monitor if I get that low FPS? If so what? If not any ways to increase frames?
