I wouldn't go for a micro ATX mobo if you don't have to. You usually lose out on features, future proofing, and overall aesthetic (personal opinion) for no good reason. Something like this would be better, I think: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157280

Oh, my bad. I saw "mid tower" and instantly assumed it wouldn't be micro ATX. Any particular reasons for going micro ATX?

You are making a huge mistake choosing AMD with that budget.

Get one of the new Haswell chips: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&Subcategory=343&Description=&Type=&N=100007671&IsNodeId=1&IsPowerSearch=1&srchInDesc=&MinPrice=&MaxPrice=&PropertyCodeValue=509%3A410376

This is a pretty nice build, but I recommend replacing some components

SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211597
(SandForce based, so it's much faster than the M4.)

Also, you can try using the new Haswell CPU. It actually might be better than the FX-8350. I can't confirm that at this moment.

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116899
(On sale for $199.99 in another website)

MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128601

LASTLY, if you want more performance for higher-end games, you can downgrade your SSD to 128gb and get an EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked w/ ACX Cooling Unit

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130921
(The new ACX cooling unit is like 10c cooler than the stock EVGA design. The fans are also supposed to last 12 years, according from EVGA.)

128gb SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211596
(The weaker chip is on for this SSD, so you actually get 128gb instead of 120gb)

Change the cooler for the H100i (if you decide to go watercooling) and change out the Deathadder 2013 for a Zowie EC1 eVo. It is a better mouse for a few reasons, if you want to know why I'll write it all out.

Try this motherboard if you can fit it into the case and want overclocking:

http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=71116&vpn=P8Z77-I%20Deluxe&manufacture=ASUS&promoid=1360

It has a vertical extended part which offers better cooling to the CPU and allows OCing capable of reaching the magical mythical super-not-useless-to-gaming 4.6GHz on the 3570k, but it is rather pricey.

Also CHECK THIS SHIT OUT:

http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=71144&vpn=BFC-PRO-300-WWXKW-RP&manufacture=BitFenix

I'm actually getting an EC2 Evo, the deathadder is just there as a dummy because I didn't know how to add custom parts before

you might want to have a quick look at nvidia cards again. I'v seen the 680 & 670 drop €200 and €150 respectively some places in the last few days with the 770 coming out.

also make sure you get a good cloth mousepad to go with your deathadder. It's much lighter than you'ld expect and you'll want the extra friction.
also If you have big hands, the side buttons and (particularly) the scroll wheel are quite a bit further towards the rear of the mouse than I'd like. so if you have long fingers you may find this offputting too.

Do you have some kind of external/extra storage? Might just be me being stupid, but you haven't listed a hard drive. 256GB Isn't very much in terms of axtual storage, I have more than that just in games from steam.

You could go for the i5-3570k and a GTX 670 to save some money.
Is there a reason for the i7?

Why not just get the 4770k or 4670k? They should be around the same price, and I'm assuming are a free upgrade.
