Okay, before everyone bashes at me for this, but does anyone know the real fix for the fps problem in this game? I've searched and have done many tweaks, but I hardly get any big fps changes. The only big change I did that actually gave me about 15(?) fps was the fov change.

Changes that I have done include:
S1Engine tweaks
Nvidia changes
Updating Flash

raikuI found this:
In:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\bin

There is a program called vpk.exe. Simply drag and drop your folder that contains custom files (mine was named "my_custom_stuff") on top of the exe. After a few seconds the program will convert the folder into a VPK file. Move that VPK file into:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom

I have no idea if this works or not..

Wait, what? I thought this thread was about TERA, nothing about TF2, right?

last i played tera (2-ish months ago) my fps problems were because the game was pretty badly optimized. like if you turn off the ingame hud with the screenshot mode shit, you'll get big fps jumps. couldn't figure out any other way to get higher fps other than upgrading hardware
