When rewinding back in time to approximate the view the player saw when they took a shot, Source has a limit, so the game doesn't always "favor the shooter" past a certain point when their ping (or fake lag) is too high. So it will only rewind back 200ms instead of a full second.

The multicore utilization improvements are massive. How does this compare to running TF2 with your medium/low cfg?

0.3.1 release notesExplosions now check in a 5% inner radius for a trace, so that small differences in geometry do not block explosion damage entirely. This is a 8 point box additional check if the center point fails, and damage is scaled based on how many points hit.

I got more casual testing than competitive. I am working on it in private in order to clean up the changes and fix bugs with them to ensure no breakage or regressions across a variety of tools, mods and games.

I know this is a bit of a long shot, but is there any way of implementing changes to netcode so for example, rockets and pipes don't get delayed by ping unless your ping is unreasonably high? This may require server-side code changes and may not be possible at all.
