recently i've been having problems with bad ping on serveme.tf servers. however it always kept fluctuating - sometimes it was fine on french servers, sometimes it was fine on dutch servers, but recently everything went to shit except Dussel, which is only server i have under 100 ping on serveme.tf. I keep having 100+ ping on servers i used to have 15 ping, it keeps routing from europe onwards to brazil/usa then back to europe. I have no fucking clue what the fuck to do to try to fix it. I have compiled list of cmd tracert on few serveme.tf servers, with pictures of geographical locations and order of them when i put into the ip into geographical locator.

Same problem happens in tempus german servers, it routs to brazil

First of all, the tool that suggests you're being routed through US/BR is using geoip information that seems to be incorrect (also you'd ping much higher than 100ms). But you are suffering from poor routes through Sweden and Poland, which is not ideal if you're from Croatia.
Your Dutch/i3D route (Bolus/KroketBrigade) looks alright:
Zagreb->Vienna->Munchen->Frankfurt->Amsterdam->Rotterdam.
Pretty much what you can expect, mostly a direct route.
Your German/Hetzner route goes via Stockholm adding 2x1200KM to the route:
Zagreb->Vienna->Stockholm->Frankfurt->Nuernberg
Your French/OVH route goes:
Zagreb->Vienna->Bratislava->Warsaw->Amsterdam->Gravelines
This is beyond dumb.
The three German machines are located with two different datacenters. DusselBrigade is myloc.de, Fakkel/NewBrigade are at Hetzner. The two Dutch machines are located at i3D in Rotterdam. Baguette/PhoenixBrigade are with OVH in France. We purposefully use a bunch of different datacenters, so there's always one that pings/routes well.
tl;dr your ISP saved a buck or two on routing

Does it fluctuate in game or stay consistently high?
Recently sometimes my ping goes to a stable 150 ish for 5-10 mins or so and then back down to 50, which is normal ping for me. It doesn't DC or anything though ever
