Ren is awesome, I play lots of pugs w/ Ren they are good. Has the right mentality to improve and get better at the game.

they have very solid game sense and understanding of tf2, plus they are one of the friendliest people you could probably pick up. super great mental and a drive to improve too (:

Insanely addicted to improvement and has an immense hunger to succeed. Solid mechanics and my only criticism would be a lack of gamesense on med that will go away with a bit more experience and equally dedicated teammates. Also a very pleasant person and a good pickup.

fun to be around, knows when to get serious about learning/playing/etc. fairly low tolerance for bullshit making them a really good addition as an anchor point for team mentality. good mechanics that can shine in a non-pug environment and will quickly pick up the gamesense they lack in a more serious environment.

also the anti-tilt, kritz goat; really tolerable of my sometimes dickheadish behavior in pugs which fosters a really good environment to learn in for literally everyone - will be a good pickup for just about any team
