You seem to not understand satire. The entire description is a light hearted joke. The "5 Reasons Chinese is the Easiest Language" is a satirical video, if you read the comment section you would have realized quickly he made the video as joke.

There is no indication beforehand that video is satire, and that shitty video on esperanto does not seem like satire at all, nor does it have any indicators (comments included).

Tbh, even if it was clearly marked, I wouldn't watch it anyway; there's already too much irony poisoning.
