This weekend, Überfest 2024 will bring international TF2 competition back to Germany. Held at BaseStack Dortmund, the long-awaited event boasts a prize pool of €2,500, which many of Europe’s top players are ready to compete for. TeamFortress.TV presents a viewers’ guide for the event, so both those following the tournament from home and those in-person can orient themselves with Überfest.

The games begin tomorrow, Friday 8th November, with the Open & Invite Group Stages at 13:00 CET / 7am EST. After five rounds of best-of-one matches, the top two teams from the Open Groups will advance to the playoffs stage, along with the 6 Invite teams. During the playoffs, all matches will be played as best-of-three matches, and teams begin facing elimination on Friday evening.

The last day of the event exclusively has stage matches planned for the final four remaining teams. Sunday kicks off with the Lower Bracket Semifinal at 13:00 CET / 7am EST, followed by the Lower Bracket Final, to decide which team advances to the final game. The ultimate Grand Final is planned as a best-of-five match and will decide the best team in Europe for the end of 2024: the final kicks off at 18:30 CET / 12:30pm EST.
