ok this is getting seriously annoying, is there anyway to fix it?

i know the trick when you wait till 10% or above that, cancel and launch. but its getting really tedious and irritating. i used to never have this problem but now its all the time, even when i let the whole piece of shit validate it still does it next time i boot up. any suggestions???

this fixes it. i manually shut down steam when i reboot and i NEVER have to validate except if my computer/power dies or something.
